Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day finance-related activities and process updates.
- Handle invoicing procedures and maintain accurate financial records.
- Work on US payroll processing and related finance operations.
- Perform bank reconciliation and ensure accuracy in financial transactions.
- Maintain and update financial data using QuickBooks.
- Coordinate with internal teams for finance and accounting requirements.
- Prepare reports and support routine financial documentation processes.
- Ensure timely completion of assigned financial tasks and compliance procedures.
