As a Data Entry Specialist at Fabrica Kraft LLC, you will play a key role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our data management processes. Your expertise in MS Excel, written English, and MS Office will be essential in supporting various operational and financial tasks.
We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible professional to manage financial documentation, export shipment billing, and administrative finance tasks. The ideal candidate will ensure accurate data entry, timely preparation of export-related documents, and smooth processing of monthly salary and financial records. This role is critical to maintaining efficient financial operations and compliance within our export business.
Key Responsibilities
- Export & Shipment Documentation
Prepare and manage shipment bills and export-related financial documents
Coordinate with logistics teams, shipping agents, and internal departments
Ensure accuracy in invoices, packing lists, and export billing records
Maintain proper documentation for audits and compliance
- Data Entry & Record Management
Enter financial and operational data into accounting systems or spreadsheets
Maintain organized digital and physical records
Verify data accuracy and update records regularly
Generate routine financial and operational reports
- Salary & Monthly Financial Processing
Prepare employee salary calculations at the end of each month
Maintain payroll records and attendance data
Assist with expense tracking and payment processing
Support monthly financial closing activities
- General Finance & Administrative Support
Assist in basic accounting and bookkeeping tasks
Monitor invoices, payments, and outstanding balances
Coordinate with management on financial documentation requirements
Ensure confidentiality of financial information
