Role Overview

We are seeking a detailoriented Finance Executive who will be responsible for monitoring and managing all financial activities across departments. The role requires vigilance in ensuring that every penny spent is accounted for, while maintaining compliance with taxation, payroll, and organizational financial policies.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee departmental budgets and ensure accurate tracking of all expenses.
• Monitor and control organizational spending, ensuring cost efficiency.
• Manage payroll processing and ensure timely disbursement of salaries.
• Handle tax filings, compliance, and statutory obligations.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Conduct audits and reconcile accounts to maintain transparency.
• Provide financial insights to management for decisionmaking.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in finance or accounting roles.
• Strong knowledge of taxation, payroll, and compliance processes.
• Excellent analytical and numerical skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software.
• Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Strong communication and reporting skills.
