About The Job
This position is required to drive Finance and MIS Functions. This is a created position and requires dynamic and detail oriented approach and critical thinking. It also requires excellent communication.
Education
CA Inter with 2-3 years of experience
M. Com., with 4 years of experience
Role
- Preparing MIS dashboards, Project wise profitability reports, Cost analysis reports, Projections, etc.
- Focus on project profitability, identification of problems and its resolutions
- Driving process automation and process excellence initiatives
- Treasury initiatives - reporting and helping optimizing returns on investment in organization
- Compliances - GST, FEMA
- Overseeing the compliances of overseas subsidiaries
- Analysis of customer and vendor contracts
- Conversant with ROC compliances and related processes
Required Skills
- Data driven and detail oriented
- Critical thinking and problem resolution
- Written and verbal English skills
- Hands on in Tally or Quickbooks or both
- Advance Excel skills - Excel dashboards, Pivot, Index, Slicer, etc.
- Conversant in Google Sheets, Powerpoint presentations, etc.
- Conversant in AI tools
- Fast learner
