We're looking for the Finance Executive who will be responsible for managing the company's day-to-day financial operations, including accounting, invoicing, reconciliations, and statutory compliance. The role requires accuracy, accountability, and strong attention to detail in maintaining financial records and ensuring timely reporting.
What you will deliver- Prepare and maintaindaily MIS reportsand financial data for management review
- Manageclient invoicing, payment tracking, and follow-up for timely collections
- HandleAccounts Payable (AP)andAccounts Receivable (AR)transactions
- Performclient and vendor reconciliationson a regular basis
- Ensure compliance withGST, TDS, and other statutory requirements
- Record and maintain accounting entries inTally ERP
- Preparemonthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Assist inbank reconciliations, fund flow management, and expense monitoring
- Supportaudit processesby providing accurate and timely documentation
- Coordinate with internal departments and clients for finance-related queries
Who You Are- Bachelor's or Master's degree inCommerce / Finance / Accounting(B.Com/M.Com/ MBA Finance)
- 1 to 3 years of relevant experiencein accounting or financial operations
- Strong knowledge ofGST filing, TDS, AP & AR, and reconciliation processes
- Proficiency inTally ERPandMicrosoft Excel(Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, etc.)
- Experience inMIS reporting and client billingpreferred
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and maintain confidentiality
