About the role:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Finance Executive to support the company's financial operations, with a primary focus on Accounts Receivable, reconciliations, reporting, and financial data management. This role is ideal for someone with 1–2 years of experience in finance or accounting who enjoys working with numbers, maintaining accuracy, coordinating across teams, and ensuring smooth financial processes.

Specifically, this role will involve:

• Assisting with Accounts Receivable (AR) activities, including invoice preparation, payment tracking, follow-ups, and maintaining receivable records.
• Maintaining and updating spreadsheets, and accounting entries using Microsoft Excel and Tally Prime.
• Supporting the preparation of MIS reports related to collections, receivables, cash flow, and other finance metrics.
• Assisting with bank, customer, and ledger reconciliations while ensuring the accuracy of financial data and records.
• Coordinating with internal teams to resolve payment-related queries, collect documentation, and maintain organized financial records.
• Supporting GST documentation, routine accounting activities, financial reporting, and adherence to company finance processes and controls.

Ideal candidate will have:

• 1-2 year of experience in Finance, Accounting, Accounts Receivable, or a related role 
• Hands-on experience working with Tally Prime and accounting entries.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including data entry, basic formulas, sorting, and filtering.
• Understanding of basic accounting principles and financial terminology.
• Basic knowledge of GST and accounting documentation.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field (B.Com, M.Com, BBA, or equivalent).
