Education: B.Com/Part qualified ACCA /Semi Qualified CA

Job Summary:

We're looking for a Finance Executive to join our growing team in Delhi! This is an excellent opportunity to build your career in the logistics and freight forwarding industry, working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing core accounting processes, with exposure to Europe accounting standards and reporting practices.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Invoice Processing & Accounting

• Accurately book vendor invoices in the ERP system in line with accounting policies.
• Validate invoice details (vendor, amount, tax treatment, supporting documents) prior to posting
• Ensure timely processing and proper classification of expenses

2. Vendor Reconciliation & Query Resolution

• Perform periodic vendor reconciliations and investigate discrepancies
• Liaise with vendors and internal stakeholders to resolve open items
• Maintain clean and reconciled vendor ledgers

3. Payment Support & Allocation

• Support preparation and execution of vendor payments
• Perform payment knockoffs and ensure correct allocation against invoices and credit notes
• Track and follow up on outstanding balances

4. Process Adherence & Controls

• Ensure compliance with internal controls and audit requirements
• Maintain proper documentation and audit trails for all transactions
• Support continuous improvement of AP processes and turnaround times

Qualifications & Skills:

• 1–3 years of experience in accounting / finance
• Strong understanding of basic accounting principles (AP cycle, journal entries, reconciliations)
• Good communication skills in English (written and verbal)
• High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and ownership
