Job Title: Finance Executive

Job Overview:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Finance Executive to manage financial operations, maintain records, and support decision-making through accurate financial reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day financial transactions and accounting activities
- Prepare financial statements, reports, and budgets
- Handle accounts payable and receivable processes
- Monitor cash flow and ensure timely payments and collections
- Assist in financial planning, forecasting, and analysis
- Maintain accurate financial records and documentation
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies
- Coordinate with auditors for internal and external audits
- Reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies
- Support tax filing, GST, and other statutory requirements
Required Skills:
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting
- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (e.g., Tally, SAP)
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong communication and organizational skills
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (B.Com/MBA Finance preferred)
- Relevant work experience in finance or accounting
