Position Summary
The Accounts Executive is responsible for supporting financial operations including bookkeeping, financial reporting, compliance, and analysis. The role ensures accurate financial records, timely closures, and adherence to statutory and internal controls.
.Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing processes in Oracle.
.Manage accounts payable and invoice processing.
.Manage accounts receivable functions including invoice generation, preparation of Aging reports, organising calls with stakeholders, preparing the minutes of collections follow-up.
.Review and approve vendor invoices and employee expense claims.
.Perform AP/AR aging analysis and ensure timely reconciliations.
.Maintain fixed asset register including additions, disposals, and periodic verification.
.Prepare balance sheet schedules and perform GL reconciliations.
.Manage intercompany reconciliations and ensure accuracy in reporting.
.Support tax compliance including TDS reconciliation and statutory filings.
.Assist in financial analysis, reporting, and management fee calculations.
.Ensure compliance with internal controls and company policies.
.Identify process improvement opportunities and support automation initiatives and Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners effectively
Qualifications
.Certificate in accounting, finance or business administration or Chartered accountancy Intermediate
.3-5 years of relevant accounting experience.
.Experience with ERP systems (Oracle preferred).
.Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
.Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
.Fluency in English (written and spoken).
.Ability to work under tight deadline.
.Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel knowledge of Word and PowerPoint.
