Your Role on Our Journey

As a Finance Executive in our Group Finance Department, you will play an integral part in ensuring the smooth operation of our financial processes. Assigned to the FinOps team and reporting directly to the Senior Accountant, FinOps, your contributions will be vital to our success.

Your Day-to-Day Adventures

• Managing the end-to-end process for staff expense claims and non-trade accounts payable with accuracy and efficiency.
• Overseeing the processing of fleet partner financial operations, including payouts, receipting, reconciliation, and associated transactions.
• Ensuring the smooth execution of month-end closing activities related to nontrade payables and fleet partner accounts.
• Issuing invoices for corporate clients in a timely and accurate manner.
• Monitoring and maintaining accurate records of financial transactions in accordance with company policies.
• Supporting the finance team in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis activities.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve discrepancies and improve financial processes.
