Finance Executive

Job Description – Finance & Accounts

Key Responsibilities

• Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) activities.
• Handle invoice processing, vendor payments, and customer collections.
• Perform monthly financial closing, reconciliations, and reporting activities.
• Ensure timely payment and compliance of GST, TDS, TCS, PF, Professional Tax, and other statutory dues.
• Prepare and file GST returns, TDS returns, and support tax-related activities.
• Manage intercompany transactions and reconciliations.
• Handle dealer incentives, commissions, subsidy accounting, and payout processing.
• Maintain financial records, accruals, provisions, and fixed asset register.
• Coordinate with auditors during internal, statutory, and tax audits.
• Monitor fund management, business disbursements, and customer refunds.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and financial controls.
• Support payroll inputs, vendor coordination, and administrative finance activities.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of accounting, taxation, and compliance.
• Experience in AP, AR, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
• Good understanding of GST, TDS, and statutory compliances.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting/ERP systems.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
