Finance Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for detail-oriented and proactive Finance Executive with 4–5 years of relevant experience. The candidate will be responsible for managing financial operations related to E-commerce and Quick Commerce channels, including ledger reconciliation, promotional claim validation, and maintaining strong coordination with customers.

Key Responsibilities:

·        Perform ledger reconciliation with customers and ensure timely closure of discrepancies

·        Validate promotional claims and ensure accuracy as per agreed terms

·        Regular follow-ups with customers for claim settlements, payments, and issue resolution

·        Build and maintain strong customer relationships (CRM) for smooth financial operations

·        Conduct analytical reviews of data to identify discrepancies, trends, and improvement areas and provide insights to Key Account Manager to improve profit of business

·        Maintain proper data hygiene, including stock collation for all E-commerce and Q-commerce customers, accurate tracking and reporting of inventory data

·        Pass and review accounting entries in Tally and ensure compliance with accounting standards

·        Support in monthly closing activities and reporting

Key Skills & Requirements:

·        Strong experience in ledger reconciliation and accounting processes

·        Hands-on experience in Tally and accounting entries

·        Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

·        Excellent communication and follow-up skills

·        Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and maintain professional relationships

·        High attention to detail and accuracy
