Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced, detail-oriented, and proactive Finance Executive to lead our finance and accounting operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing end-to-end financial activities, ensuring statutory compliance, managing reporting functions, and supporting strategic decision-making. This role requires strong analytical skills, sound knowledge of accounting principles, and the ability to work cross-functionally in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. The Finance Manager will also play a key role in coordinating audits, managing payroll, and overseeing general administrative operations.

Job Description:

  • Manage end-to-end accounting: AP, AR, GL, bank reconciliations in ERP Next.
  • Finalization of accounts, preparation of financial statements for internal reports (monthly, quarterly, annual).
  • Prepare and analyze MIS reports including P&L, cashflow, budget vs actuals, and cost center wise summary.
  • Manage vendor and customer reconciliations.
  • Handle complete GST filing process: GSTR-1, GSTR-3B.
  • Generate and upload E-Invoices and E-way bills as per government regulations.
  • Manage TDS, Professional Tax, Income Tax filings and payments.
  • Coordinate with statutory auditors and consultants during audits.
  • Manage monthly payroll including salary structuring, PF, ESI, PT, LWF, bonus, gratuity, and F&F.
  • Ensure compliance under applicable labor laws.
  • Oversee general office administration including vendor management, maintenance of machineries and AMC handling.
  • Maintain and track office assets and ensure smooth facility operations.
  • Requirements24years of relevant experience is required.
  • Budget: 6LPA
  • Proficiency in Excel, Tally, and accounting software.
  • Good understanding of statutory compliance and labor laws.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Prior experience in facility management and general office administration is preferred.
  • Ability to manage vendor contracts, AMC renewals, procurement and asset tracking.
  • Strong organizational skills to handle multi-department coordination and reporting.
  • Prior experience in manufacturing or engineering industry will be an added advantage.

Qualification: B.Com/M.Com/MBA (Finance) or CA Inter preferred.
