Finance Executive / Accountant (AP) (Based in Bengaluru, India)

The Role

This position will be responsible for the full spectrum of Accounts Payable function in the Finance department.

Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for reviewing and involved in the full spectrum of the accounts payable (AP) functions for portfolio of properties.
• Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements including statistical reports to government agencies.
• Prepare variance analysis and be involved in annual budgeting and forecasting.
• Liaise with auditors and tax agents for year-end audits and tax filing/compliance.
• Assist in ad-hoc operational projects, including conducting credit review for selection of vendors, testing of SAP system etc., as and when required.
  
  

Job Requirements

• Chartered Accountant (CA) with Degree in Accountancy or ACCA or its equivalent.
• Minimum of 5 to 8 years relevant accounting experinces, preferably in AP, supporting regional or global environment.
• Good knowledge of FRS and Companies Act.
• Proficient in MS Excel.
• Experience with SAP system and/or real estate knowledge would be advantageous.
• Mature, responsible, meticulous, good team player and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
