Finance Executive (1 year contract)

Role Summary

We are seeking a Temporary Finance Executive to support Finance operations during the SAP S/4HANA post-go-live stabilisation and transition to the Shared Services Centre (SSC). The role will support month-end closing, data migration, reconciliations, process documentation, reporting and knowledge transfer activities during the transition period.

Job Description:

- Support SAP S/4HANA post-go-live finance operations and month-end closing activities.

- Assist in finance data migration, data validation and reconciliation activities.

- Support user acceptance testing (UAT), issue resolution and process improvements.

- Prepare schedules, reconciliations and supporting documentation for monthly and year-end reporting.

- Support audit requests, government surveys and other statutory reporting requirements.

- Prepare process documentation and support knowledge transfer to the Shared Services Centre.

- Assist with financial reporting and ad-hoc finance projects during the transition period.

- Provide support for Accounts Payable and other finance operational activities as required.

Job Requirements:

- Diploma or Degree in Accountancy, Finance or related discipline.

- Minimum 3 years of relevant accounting experience.

- Hands-on experience with SAP ERP / SAP S/4HANA.

- Experience in month-end closing, account reconciliations and financial reporting.

- Strong Microsoft Excel skills.

- Experience supporting ERP implementation, data migration or post-go-live activities will be an advantage.

- Able to commit for 1 year
