About the Role
We are looking for someone who can teach finance well and research it deeply.
This is a hands-on role. You will design courses, improve existing content, and teach live sessions on investing, trading, and personal finance. You will be doing the work, not managing a department or overseeing a team.
- Malayalam proficiency is mandatory for this role.
- Tamil proficiency is an added advantage.
- We are looking for candidates with 2–4 years of experience. Applications from candidates with significantly more experience will not be considered.
What You Will Do
Course Building
- Design and structure finance courses from the ground up
- Create practical, outcome-oriented content not textbook material
- Improve existing courses continuously based on learner feedback
Research & Quality
- Stay current on Indian financial markets and translate that into relevant learning content
- Identify gaps, outdated material, and weak explanations in existing courses
- Ensure everything we publish meets a high standard of accuracy and clarity
Teaching
- Conduct live sessions and workshops on investing, trading, mutual funds, and personal finance
- Break down complex financial concepts for beginner and intermediate learners
- Build session plans and teaching guides that work in practice, not just on paper
What We Are Looking For
- Malayalam proficiency - mandatory
- Tamil proficiency - added advantage
- 2–4 years of experience in finance, fintech, edtech, or a related field
- Strong understanding of Indian stock markets and personal finance
- Ability to explain complex topics simply and accurately
- Someone who researches well and can teach what they learn
- Prior teaching or mentoring experience is preferred
