Role Summary
Drive execution of finance digital transformation initiatives by combining strong finance fundamentals with hands-on capability in AI tools, Oracle ERP, and business analysis.
Key Responsibilities
- Translate finance and accounting requirements into functional specifications for Oracle ERP and AI-based solutions.
- Configure, test, and support Oracle modules (GL, AP, AR, FA, or Cloud Financials) in coordination with IT and external implementation partners.
- Build and deploy AI/automation use cases (anomaly detection, reconciliations, forecasting, document extraction) for finance processes.
- Conduct UAT, data validation, and reconciliation between legacy and target systems; document SOPs and process changes.
Partner with FP&A, Controllership, and OTC teams to identify pain points and convert them into delivery-ready solutions.
Work Experience
Must-Have Skills
- CA with 3+ years in a finance, controllership, or finance transformation role.
- Working knowledge of Oracle ERP (Cloud or EBS) — modules, data structures, and reporting.
- Exposure to AI/automation tools (Copilot, ChatGPT, Power Automate, RPA, or similar) applied to finance workflows.
- Strong business analysis skills — requirement gathering, process mapping, gap analysis, and BRD/FRD documentation.
- Advanced Excel and SQL basics; comfort with Power BI / Tableau is a plus.
Good to Have
- Experience with Ind AS / US GAAP reporting environments.
- Exposure to FinAlyzer, Hyperion, OneStream, or similar consolidation tools.
- Prior experience in IPO/DRHP, ICoFR, or large finance change programs.
