Location: New Delhi, India

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Donor/Partner Management
  2. Prepare periodic financial reports as per the norms defined by the donor including Cash/Fund Reconciliation, Progress-Updates and Disbursement Request etc.
  3. Preparing consolidated financial report for the project for Finance Lead's review.
  4. Assistance in administrative functions, including processing field workers claims and coordinating with the Administration and Finance Departments.

Other responsibilities:

  1. Assist in preparation and monitoring of the budget/sand forecast.
  2. Establish and maintain supplier/ vendor and project specific accounts.
  3. Ensure transactions are properly recorded in the computerized accounting system.
  4. Any other responsibilities as identified from time to time by the Organization.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience required:

  1. The applicant must have a graduation/post graduate degree in accounts – CA Intermediate/ B.Com/M.Com is preferred.
  2. Minimum 2 years of post-qualification experience in Core finance in a sizable Organization (Preferably in Development Sector).
  3. Audit and finalization of financial statements.
  4. Ability to understand and define processes.
  5. Possess strong ability for analytical review of financial statements and evaluation.
  6. Excellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal skill.
  7. Knowledge about the Non-Profit Sector.

  1. Working knowledge of accounting software Navision is an additional advantage.

Nature of Appointment:

The selected candidate shall be appointed as Employee on contract until 28th Feb 2027.
