Job Summary:

We are looking for a qualified Chartered Accountant with 57 years of experience, preferably from a Big 4 audit background, to lead financial reporting and compliance. This role involves managing monthly and quarterly closures, leading a team of 78 members, and partnering with business stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting. The role also focuses on driving process improvements and automation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead monthly and quarterly financial closure processes

Ensure accurate financial reporting in compliance with IND AS

Manage and mentor a team of 78 direct reportees

Work closely with business stakeholders to provide financial insights and support decision-making

Review financial statements, reconciliations, and analytical reports

Drive process improvements, strengthen internal controls, and implement automation initiatives Coordinate with auditors and ensure smooth completion of audits

Perform detailed financial analysis to identify risks and improvement areas

Develop robust internal controls and scalable financial processes to support rapid growth.

Ensure the integrity of financial data across key reports including Center level P&L

Lead the preparation of accurate, compliant financial statements and forward-looking reports in accordance with IND-AS.

Must Have:

CA qualification (mandatory)

57 years of experience, preferably with a Big 4 audit firm

Strong knowledge of IND AS and financial reporting

Experience in handling monthly and quarterly closures

Proven team management experience (78 direct reportees)

Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills

Experience in process improvement and finance automation initiatives
