Job Description

The Finance Controller will be responsible for leading core finance controllership and planning activities, including:

Full finance controllership and FP&A ownership, including annual budgeting, rolling forecasts, monthly outlooks, and mediumterm planning.
Monthly management reporting, variance analysis, margin analysis, revenue mix, cash flow, working capital, and inventory performance.
Ensuring statutory, tax, and regulatory compliance, including coordination with internal and external auditors.
Overseeing Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, fixed assets, inventory controls, stock reconciliation, and cycle counts.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Finance Controller for this role should have:

CA qualification.
5-10 years of experience in finance controllership, preferably within start-up environments.
Strong understanding of financial controls, statutory reporting, tax frameworks, and compliance requirements.
Handson experience in FP&A, monthend close, variance analysis, and management reporting.
Ability to work collaboratively in fastgrowing, dynamic organisations.
