Job Description

  • Manage and oversee all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory regulations and internal financial policies.
  • Develop and implement financial strategies to support business objectives in the Mumbai location.
  • Monitor cash flow, accounts, and other financial transactions to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of financial goals with business services operations.
  • Prepare and present financial reports to senior management and stakeholders.
  • Lead and mentor the accounting and finance team to enhance performance and capabilities.
  • Identify opportunities for cost optimization and operational efficiency improvements.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Finance Controller should have:

  • Qualified Chartered Accountant with 10+ years of experience.
  • Strong knowledge of financial regulations and reporting standards.
  • Proven expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
  • Experience with financial systems and tools relevant to manufacturing industry.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
  • Attention to detail with a high level of accuracy in financial reporting.
