Job Description

Manage and oversee all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
Ensure compliance with statutory regulations and internal financial policies.
Develop and implement financial strategies to support business objectives in the Mumbai location.
Monitor cash flow, accounts, and other financial transactions to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of financial goals with business services operations.
Prepare and present financial reports to senior management and stakeholders.
Lead and mentor the accounting and finance team to enhance performance and capabilities.
Identify opportunities for cost optimization and operational efficiency improvements.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Finance Controller should have:

Qualified Chartered Accountant with 10+ years of experience.
Strong knowledge of financial regulations and reporting standards.
Proven expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
Experience with financial systems and tools relevant to manufacturing industry.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
Attention to detail with a high level of accuracy in financial reporting.
