Responsibilities
Ensure Compliances of DOA and SOP :-
- Ensure Business is running as per approved DOA
- All deal/ Transactions shall be fully compliance to Lead down SOPs
- Develop and publish deal level profitability on real time basis
- Ensure weekly/ Monthly reviews with Stakeholders.
- Publish Monthly Profitability with Variance analysis.
- Ensure all regulatory compliances on real time basis.
Drive Operational Excellence :-
- Support daily Operation processes including PR/PO management, Invoicing and Payment.
- Ensure Timely Inputs are being provided to the Customer invoicing Team. Ensure all Terms of agreement like payment terms, price, its validity
- Perform Due diligence of new Vendor and Customer while on boarding
- Involvement in bidding and evaluation.
- Monitor KPIs such as cost savings, service reliability, and supplier/ Customer performance.
Market Intelligence & Risk Management
- Stay proactively informed on market trends, freight rate fluctuations, and regulatory changes affecting logistics procurement.
- Develop risk mitigation strategies for supply chain disruptions and capacity constraints.
Cross-functional Collaboration
- Work closely with logistics operations, SCM, legal, and compliance teams.
- Align Finance related strategies with business needs across ecommerce, retail, and manufacturing functions.
Qualifications
- CA/ MBA - In Finance and related field;
- 1218 years of experience in logistics/IFF Finance, with a strong focus on shipping and Forwarding contracts.
- Proven track record in negotiation and relationship management
- Familiarity with SAP and business related platforms.
- Fluent in English.
