Key Responsibilities
Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)
Lead budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and variance analysis to support business strategy and operational efficiency.
Manufacturing Costing & Inventory Control
Oversee product costing, standard costing, BOM analysis, WIP tracking, material consumption variance, and inventory valuation.
Financial Reporting & Compliance
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with statutory requirements and accounting standards.
Internal Controls & Audit Management
Establish and strengthen internal controls; coordinate with internal and statutory auditors to ensure compliance and risk mitigation.
Working Capital Management
Manage cash flow, receivables, payables, inventory levels, and banking relationships to ensure optimal liquidity.
Taxation & Regulatory Compliance
Ensure timely compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory requirements applicable to manufacturing entities.
Cost Reduction & Profitability Improvement
Analyze production costs, overhead allocation, scrap/wastage control, and recommend measures to improve margins.
ERP & Systems Management
Supervise finance operations within ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Tally, etc.) and ensure accurate financial data integration with production modules.
Team Leadership & Stakeholder Coordination
Lead the finance and accounts team; coordinate with production, procurement, and operations departments for financial alignment.
Strategic Business Support
Provide financial insights to senior management for investment decisions, CAPEX evaluation, pricing strategy, and expansion planning.
