Job Description :

We are looking for an experienced Finance Controller to lead financial governance, controllership, compliance, and strategic finance operations for a manufacturing-based MNC subsidiary in India. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in Ind AS, IFRS, FEMA, taxation, treasury, and plant finance, along with the ability to partner with global stakeholders and drive financial excellence in a complex multi-currency environment.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Manage financial close, statutory reporting, and group reporting under Ind AS and IFRS/US GAAP
2. Ensure compliance with FEMA, RBI regulations, taxation, transfer pricing, and statutory requirements
3. Lead plant finance activities including costing, variance analysis, budgeting, and profitability improvement
4. Drive treasury operations, forex risk management, and working capital optimization
5. Lead finance transformation initiatives, ERP governance, internal controls, and team development

Required Skills :

1. Strong expertise in Financial Controllership, FP&A, and Plant Finance
2. Deep knowledge of Ind AS, IFRS, FEMA, GST, and Transfer Pricing
3. Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA and financial consolidation tools
4. Expertise in Treasury Management, Forex Risk, and Regulatory Compliance
5. Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and strategic finance skills

Preferred Qualification :

1. CA / CMA qualification is mandatory
2. 10–12 years of progressive finance experience with 5+ years in controllership or plant finance
3. Prior experience in a manufacturing MNC or foreign-owned subsidiary environment
4. Experience in handling audits, SOX/IFC governance, and compliance frameworks
5. MBA Finance or equivalent postgraduate qualification is preferred
