We are looking for a detail-oriented and driven Finance Controller to strengthen our financial processes and support strategic decision-making.

Role Overview

We are seeking a qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with 3–4 years of experience to oversee financial operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive financial efficiency across the organization. The ideal candidate should be hands-on, analytical, and comfortable working in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage end-to-end financial operations including accounting, reporting, and compliance

* Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements

* Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, audits, and tax regulations

* Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis

* Monitor cash flow and optimize working capital

* Coordinate with auditors, consultants, and internal stakeholders

* Implement and improve financial controls, processes, and systems

* Support leadership with financial insights for strategic decision-making

Requirements

* Chartered Accountant (CA) – Mandatory

* 3–4 years of relevant experience in finance, accounting, or controlling roles

* Strong understanding of financial reporting, taxation, and compliance

* Experience with audits and regulatory filings

* Proficiency in Excel and accounting/ERP tools

* Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills

* Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in healthcare, startups, or high-growth environments

* Exposure to financial planning & analysis (FP&A)

* Familiarity with automation tools or dashboards (e.g., Power BI)
