Finance Controller

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Jaipur for a Finance Controller. The Finance Controller will oversee financial planning, manage budgets, and ensure accurate financial reporting in compliance with regulations. The role requires analyzing financial data to guide decision-making, leading audit activities, managing taxation processes, and maintaining internal financial controls. The Finance Controller will liaise with various departments to ensure fiscal health and contribute to long-term financial strategies.

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial planning, and budgeting
• Proficiency in financial reporting and compliance with regulatory standards
• Experience in financial analysis, cost optimization, and cash flow management
• Understanding of taxation, audit processes, and compliance management
• Proficiency in accounting and financial software
• Strong leadership, organization, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Chartered Accountant (CA) certification or equivalent qualification is preferred
• Prior experience in a similar role, preferably in the manufacturing or agricultural sector is an advantage
