Qualification:

• B.Com / M.Com / BBA / MBA (Finance) or equivalent
• CA, CA Inter, CMA Inter, or Semi-Qualified CA preferred
• Graduate in any discipline with relevant NBFC/Finance experience may also apply

Experience:

• 1-5 years of experience in Finance, Accounts, Taxation, Compliance, or NBFC Operations.
• Experience in NBFCs, Financial Services, Fintech Companies, CA Firms, or Accounting & Compliance functions will be preferred.

Role Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic professional to manage finance, accounting, taxation, compliance, and NBFC operational activities. The role involves handling accounts payable, statutory compliances, audit support, tax filings, loan operations, and regulatory requirements while ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and adherence to applicable laws and internal policies.

Key Responsibilities:

Finance & Accounts:

• Manage end-to-end accounts payable processes, including invoice booking and vendor payments.
• Perform vendor reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain vendor master records and KYC documentation.
• Prepare payment forecasts, ageing reports, provisions, and month-end closing schedules.
• Support statutory, internal, and external audits by providing required documentation and explanations.

Taxation & Compliance:

• Prepare and file Income Tax Returns, TDS/TCS Returns, and Advance Tax computations.
• Handle GST compliance including GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9/9C filings, ITC reconciliation, and notice management.
• Conduct tax audits and assist in preparation of audit reports and working papers.
• Manage ROC and Companies Act compliances, including AOC-4, MGT-7, DIR-3 KYC, ADT-1, and other event-based filings.
• Monitor regulatory changes and ensure timely compliance with statutory deadlines.

NBFC Operations:

• Manage loan lifecycle operations, including KYC verification, documentation review, sanction processing, and disbursement support.
• Maintain and update loan records in LMS/Core systems.
• Track repayments, EMI collections, NACH/ECS mandates, and receipt postings.
• Process loan closures, foreclosures, and issuance of NOCs.
• Ensure adherence to RBI guidelines, KYC/AML norms, and internal operational controls.
• Coordinate with credit, collections, accounts, sales, and customer service teams.
• Prepare MIS reports and resolve operational exceptions and customer queries.

Qualifications and Experience:

• 1-5 years of experience in Finance, Accounts, Taxation, Compliance, or NBFC Operations.
• Candidates should have hands-on exposure to at least two of the following areas: Accounts & Finance, GST, Income Tax, TDS, ROC Compliance, NBFC/Lending Operations
• Experience in NBFCs, Financial Services, Fintech Companies, CA Firms, or Accounting & Compliance functions will be preferred.

Skills & Competencies:

• Strong knowledge of Accounting Principles, GST, TDS, Income Tax, ROC compliances, and Audit processes.
• Understanding of NBFC products, loan lifecycle management, KYC/AML requirements, and RBI regulations.
• Proficiency in Tally, SAP, Zoho, Busy, or similar accounting software.
• Advanced MS Excel skills including VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, MIS reporting, and data analysis.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.
• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple responsibilities within deadlines.
