This is a full-time on-site role for a Finance Chartered Accountant (CA) based in Bengaluru. The role involves managing financial records, preparing financial statements, analyzing data for decision-making, and ensuring compliance with applicable financial regulations. Additional responsibilities include supervising accounting operations, supporting business decisions with financial insights, and collaborating with internal teams for efficient financial management.

• Proficiency in Finance and Accounting, including the preparation and analysis of financial statements
• Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate financial data, identify trends, and support decision-making processes
• Excellent Communication Skills for effective interaction with stakeholders and cross-functional teams
• Must be a qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with proven experience in a similar role
• Knowledge of relevant financial regulations and standards
• Adept at financial reporting, budgeting, and tax compliance
• Proficiency with financial management software and tools (ERP systems preferred)
• Experience in the gold or jewelry industry is a plus
