About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and commercially driven Vice President, Finance to serve as a strategic Finance Business Partner and Advisor to Senior Leadership & Business Teams in a global set-up. The incumbent will partner closely with cross-functional teams to support commercial decisions, budgeting, forecasting, profitability analysis, and business planning while ensuring sound financial governance to support NEON's growth ambitions.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Business Partnering
- Partner with business leaders to support strategic initiatives and operational decision-making
- Advise business leaders by providing financial insights, analysis, and decision support to drive business performance
- Provide financial guidance and commercial insights to improve business performance and profitability
- Challenge assumptions and influence decision-making through data-driven analysis
- Support business case development for new projects and commercial opportunities
Business Performance Management
- Provide insightful analysis on business performance, proactively identifying risks and opportunities, and recommending actions to optimise revenue, margins, and capital allocation
- Support pricing analysis, cost management, and resource allocation decisions.
Stakeholder Management
- Present financial results and recommendations to senior management and business unit leaders
- Translate complex financial information into meaningful business insights for non-finance stakeholders.
Requirements
- MBA and/or CPA/CA preferred
- Minimum 15 years of relevant experience in commercial finance
- Strong commercial acumen with proven experience partnering senior stakeholders in a complex, multi-entity environment
- Comfortable managing complexity in a dynamic business environment
- Culturally attuned to a global business environment
- Experience in events, exhibitions, or project-based industries is an advantage
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience in leading and developing high-performing teams
