- Partner Sales & marketing team for PRS & VMS category and sharing regular insights on source of growth analysis. Ensure robust P&L analysis along with Shadow P&L for all Innovation / PMR projects (NPIs).
- Build SKU-level P&Ls and financial forecasts for PRS and VMS
- Drive NPI discussions for new launches with the Project team to bring value additions and efficiencies across P&L.
- Driving & delivering business top line & bottom line through various initiatives & benchmarking. Proactively review external and competitor environment to identify P&L impacts and model scenarios.
- Driving a process of continuous improvement in business partnering which enhances the understanding of executive and senior management teams on key financial performance drivers and business performance issues. Qualifications and skills
