Job Responsibilities:

Leading and developing the PH India Finance team:

  • Lead the PH Finance business partner team and engage actively with other team members supporting PH Finance across credit & collections, RGM, fiscal, treasury etc.

Business partnering and driving value creation of the PH India zone:

  • Create the long-term Region P&L/SPOR for Strategic Review.

  • Development of plans, including new propositions, channels, marketing strategies and go-to-market models.

  • Lead finance business partner for driving value creation of the zone and support business teams on key business decisions.

  • Drive margin management via price, mix and cost improvements, underpinned by business cases. Challenge and optimize business cases with follow up via post calculations.

  • Oversees the financial planning and analysis activities for assigned business units, ensuring that all budgets, forecasts, and financial models are accurate, comprehensive, and aligned with the companyu2019s strategic priorities.

  • Acts as the primary financial advisor to zone MT, providing expert insights into financial performance, risk management, and strategic opportunities, while ensuring that financial considerations are integrated into all business decisions.

  • Drives the continuous improvement of financial processes and systems within the business units & Growth Region, identifying inefficiencies, implementing best practices, and leveraging technology to enhance financial planning and reporting capabilities.

  • Leads the preparation and presentation of financial reports to senior management, ensuring that complex financial data is clearly communicated and that actionable insights are provided to support informed decision-making.

  • Manages the evaluation of investment opportunities, including capital expenditures and strategic initiatives, ensuring that all financial analyses are thorough and that recommendations are aligned with long-term business objectives.

Monitoring current business performance and drive corrective actions:

  • Monitors and assesses the financial health of the business units, identifying key trends, risks, and opportunities, and collaborating with business leaders to develop and execute strategies that optimize financial outcomes.

  • Translate Strategic Plans into Annual Operational Plans.

  • Lead the discussion and preparation of quarterly rolling forecasts for the zone.

  • Manage costs to benchmark levels.

  • Responsible for MEC and financial statement review for all the PH ORU in the zone.

  • Support problem solving and productivity initiatives to ensure continued course correction and performance improvement.

  • Optimize Cash Flow and Working Capital by managing AR, AP and Inventories.

Compliance and Audit:

  • Ensures compliance with corporate policies, internal controls, and regulatory requirements across the business units, working closely with internal audit and compliance teams to address any issues and maintain high standards of financial integrity.

  • Collaborating with global teams for cross border transactions and cross charges

  • Responsible for SOX and ICS in PH business

  • Support in statutory audits related to PH business in India

Minimum required Experience:
Minimum 10 years of experience with Master's in areas such as Business Partnering, Corporate Finance, Financial Planning and Analysis or equivalent from a premier institute.

Preferred Experience:
Experience in similar finance role in consumer centric organization.
