  • Partner with business teams (Marketing, Operations and others) to gather inputs and validate drivers
  • Participate in cross-functional projects (e.g. BI tools, dashboard reporting)
  • Ad-hoc business performance reporting and analysis

What We're Looking For

  • 2–5 years experience in FP&A, financial analysis, audit or a similar analytical finance role; part-qualified or newly qualified (ACA / ACCA / CIMA / CFA) preferred

  • Solid understanding of P&L and cash flow mechanics
  • High attention to detail with the curiosity to ask why the numbers moved
  • Clear written commentary skills — you can explain a variance in plain English
  • Interest in digital, subscription, media or gaming businesses
  • Self-directed and effective in a fully remote, cross-time-zone team
