Job Description

Area of Responsibility: Government Business - North + North Central

Mission of the function:

  • Responsible for all commercial aspects related to order execution incl. monitoring order profitability
  • Driving Cycle time improvement by influencing every stage of contract execution
  • Driving Risk and Claim Management during execution phase for on time Risk mitigation and Claim submission
  • Comply with company policies, guidelines & procedures in order to protect the business interests and reputation
  • Implementation of Digitalization & Automation tools
  • Ensuring Revenue Forecast accuracy at regional level

Job Responsibilities

  • Achieve Revenue forecast accuracy
  • Ensure completeness for supply Main Equipment, Accessories, Software etc. avoiding LD/Penalty
  • Robust review of Orders on Hand and drive actions through various stakeholders for faster execution
  • Raise red flag on timely basis on expected cost overruns/delays in project execution
  • Robust claim management including publishing overview to stakeholders
  • Inventory Monitoring physical inventory, Unbilled costs - Forecast & Liquidation plan , DIO - Actual vs Target,
  • Ensuring documentation for payment claim is meeting the contractual requirements
  • Pro-active and smooth stakeholder management within the region

Qualification & Experience: B Com./BBA, with CA/CMA Inter. 6 to 7 years experience in Contract execution/ Sales order management

Proficiency in MS office package especially excellent Excel skills

Should possess good oral and written communication

Should be a good team player with excellence in networking skills

Working knowledge in ERP (SAP preferred)
