Finance Audit

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented Finance & Audit Executive to support daily accounting activities, financial documentation, audit procedures, and reconciliation. The ideal candidate should have basic accounting knowledge, good Excel skills, and an interest in finance and auditing.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain financial records, vouchers, invoices, and accounting documents.
• Assist in internal audits and verification of financial transactions.
• Perform bank reconciliation and ledger verification.
• Check bills, invoices, and supporting documents for accuracy.
• Assist in GST documentation and other statutory compliance activities.
• Identify discrepancies in financial records and report them to the senior team.
• Prepare basic financial reports and maintain audit records.
• Coordinate with internal departments for audit-related documentation.

Required Skills

• Basic knowledge of accounting principles and auditing.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel.
• Understanding of GST, TDS, and bank reconciliation is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
• Good communication and analytical skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and meet deadlines.

Eligibility Criteria

• B.Com graduate with 1–2 years of relevant experience.
• Fresh knowledge of accounting and auditing concepts is essential.
• Experience in retail or jewellery industry is an added advantage.
