About the Job:

As a Finance Associate at Skydo, you will own both the operational and strategic side of finance in a fast-growing, multi-entity fintech. From closing the books and ensuring statutory compliance to driving business planning, board reporting, and cross-functional projects, you'll help build the financial systems that enable Skydo to scale.

What you'll do:

Financial operations & compliance

• Own month-end closures across India and global entities, including cash vs. accrual P&L reconciliation.
• Manage statutory compliances, audits, and financial statement preparation across entities.
• Oversee treasury operations, intercompany reconciliations, settlements, and governance.
• Drive transfer pricing documentation, benchmarking, and implementation.

Planning & business finance

• Prepare monthly MIS, segment P&Ls, and variance analyses.
• Own the annual operating plan (AOP) and track business performance against targets.
• Prepare board decks and management presentations.
• Conduct financial analyses to support pricing, new products, and strategic decisions.

Projects & process excellence

• Lead cost-optimization initiatives across teams.
• Drive valuation projects (company and ESOP) and manage trademark/IP registrations.
• Build scalable finance processes, controls, and automation to reduce manual effort.
• Support fundraising, financial modeling, and other strategic projects as required.

You're a good fit if you have :

• Chartered Accountant with 2–4 years of post-qualification experience.
• Strong fundamentals in accounting, audit, taxation, and financial analysis.
• Excellent analytical and project-management skills.
• The ability to balance attention to detail with big-picture thinking.
• Bonus: Exposure to fintech, cross-border payments, or multi-entity organizations.
