Role Description

Employee Related Reimbursement

  • Reviews staff reimbursement related petty expenses and passes the entries in ATLAS (Accounting Software) for the North West Region (based out of Gujarat and covers Delhi, MP, Haryana, HP).
  • Reviews staff travels reimbursement and passes the entries in ATLAS for the North West Region.
  • Disburse travel advances according to employee's specific requests.
  • Track and settle staff advance against the travel bills
  • Keep all the supporting documents related employee reimbursements in google folder for audit readiness

Vendor Related

  • Review procurement, workshop related supporting documents and pass entries in ATLAS for the North West Region.
  • Reviews and passes any miscellaneous expense in ATLAS
  • Assist Accounts Manager – North West Region any other account related activities.
  • Disburse vendor advances according to specific instructions.
  • Settle vendor advance as per the bills provided and review.

Others

  • Management of petty cash transactions.
  • Ensuring all payments amounts & records are accurate.
  • Taking ownership for the relevant work and being available for performance review and periodic meetings
  • Participating actively in the F&A planning and review meetings and team meeting

Requirements

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting (B. Com)
  • Minimum 1-3 years of relevant experience in accounts & Auditing
  • Working knowledge of MS Office, Google Drive suite
  • Thorough knowledge of general ledger accounting
  • Good interpersonal & communication skills
