Location: Okhla, New Delhi | Full-Time, Work From Office | 4-8 Years Work Ex | Immediate Joining

About the role:

Kroslo is hiring a Finance Associate to own day-to-day finance, statutory compliance, and operational coordination across vendors, debtors, and inventory. This is a hands-on seat for a CA dropout or CA finalist with articleship experience who wants to run the books of a fast-scaling D2C cookware brand and work directly with the founder. You will touch every rupee that moves through Kroslo — from GST returns to vendor payments to dispatch coordination.

Roles & Responsibilities:

● Maintain end-to-end bookkeeping in Tally / Zoho Books as per the latest accounting standards.

● Prepare monthly GST reconciliations (GSTR-2A/2B vs books) and support filings of GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, and GSTR-9.

● Handle TDS workings, monthly TDS payments, and quarterly TDS return filings (24Q, 26Q).

● Manage ROC compliance forms — DIR-2, DIR-3, DIR-8, MBP-1, AOC-4, MGT-7, etc. — in coordination with the company secretary

● Track debtors, age-wise outstandings, and run structured follow-ups to keep collections current.

● Coordinate with vendors on purchase orders, payables, payment schedules, and reconciliations.

● Run quotation cycles — source vendors, compare quotes, and close the best commercial terms.

● Coordinate with the warehouse on inventory movement, dispatches, GRNs, and stock reconciliation.

● Own all banking operations — payments, transfers, bank reconciliations, and limit utilisation.

● Support administrative work across compliance, documentation, and ad-hoc founder-led projects.

What we're looking for:

● CA dropout or CA finalist with completed articleship; B.Com / M.Com graduates with strong CA-firm experience also welcome.

● Prior experience in a startup running e-commerce transactions on Amazon and Shopify is strongly preferred — including settlement reconciliation, marketplace fees, and channel-wise revenue accounting.

● Hands-on experience with GST reconciliations, TDS workings, and ROC forms in a live operating business.

● Strong grip on inventory accounting and warehouse coordination for a physical product business.

● Advanced Excel — VLOOKUP, SUMIFS, pivot tables, and clean working file hygiene are essential.

● Working knowledge of Tally and / or Zoho Books; comfort with bank portals and GST / TDS portals.

● Sharp follow-up skills with debtors and vendors — polite, persistent, and process-driven.

● Good written communication in English for vendor emails, internal notes, and statutory correspondence.

● Ownership mindset — willing to wear multiple hats across finance, operations, and admin in a startup setup.

Compensation:

Rs. 4.5 – 6.5 LPA CTC, based on experience and interview performance
