About The Role
The Finance Associate will play a critical role in supporting day-to-day finance and operations processes across the business. This role is ideal for someone who is highly detail-oriented, enjoys working with data, and is eager to learn how finance, operations, inventory, and business processes come together in a fast-paced environment.
The role requires strong coordination skills, ownership, and the ability to work closely with multiple teams to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and smooth business operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales Reconciliation & Financial Accuracy
- Reconcile daily sales transactions against corresponding payments.
- Identify and resolve discrepancies in financial records.
- Ensure timely and accurate reporting of sales data.
- Maintain accuracy across financial documentation and records.
- Data Management & Validation
- Collect, organize, and maintain business-critical data.
- Validate data to ensure accuracy, completeness, and integrity.
- Support reporting and analysis through effective data management.
- Identify inconsistencies and proactively resolve issues.
- Inventory & Operational Coordination
- Coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure accurate inventory tracking.
- Support inventory adjustments, reconciliations, and reporting.
- Assist in maintaining operational accuracy across systems and processes.
- Work closely with various functions to improve data visibility and control.
- Operations & Process Management
- Support Purchase Order (PO) and Invoice creation processes.
- Coordinate with vendors, partners, and internal stakeholders.
- Ensure smooth execution of finance-related operational activities.
- Maintain proper documentation and process compliance.
- Process Improvement & Automation
- Identify process gaps and inefficiencies.
- Support implementation of tools and systems that improve productivity.
- Assist in automating repetitive tasks and workflows.
- Contribute ideas that enhance operational effectiveness and accuracy.
Qualifications
Education
Experience
- 0–2 years of experience.
- Freshers with strong analytical and organizational skills are encouraged to apply.
- Internship experience in finance, operations, accounts, or data management is an advantage.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel and Microsoft Office tools.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
