Finance Associate - Fresher

Position : Finance Associate - Fresher (Male candidates required)

Location : Vashi, Navi Mumbai

*Key Responsibilities**

*1. Accounting*

The job holder is responsible for proper maintenance of books of accounts, adherence to ethics, procedures, and controls as per applicable accounting standards to ensure smooth financial operations.

*2. Finance*

The job holder must manage and utilize financial resources effectively in the best interest of the organization, ensuring proper financial controls and optimum use of resources during the assigned shift.

*3. Accounting Application*

The job holder is solely responsible for making changes and rectifying entries in the accounting system *Agency Now*.

*4. Management Information Systems (MIS)*

Responsible for accurate preparation and timely submission of daily, weekly, fortnightly, and monthly reports to local, regional, and group management. Also responsible for supporting local management with required information and reports for smooth business operations.

*5. Audits*

Responsible for handling and supporting internal and statutory audits related to accounts and finance. Provides necessary information and reports to local management to ensure smooth audit processes.

*6. Teamwork*

The job holder should be a good team player.

Qualifications, Experience and Skills:

1 Bachelor Degree in Commerce / Accountancy.

2 accounting functions or shipping disbursement accounting..

3 Excellent communication skills in English language.

4 Excellent computer skills, with depth knowledge of Advanced MS Excel programe.

5 Good Interpersonal communication skills.

6 Knowledge of shipping will be a added advantage.

*Shift Details*

1. First Shift: 6:30 AM 2:30 PM

2. General Shift : 11.00am to 08.00pm

3. Second Shift: 2:30 PM 10:30 PM

4. Night Shift: 8.00 PM 4.00 AM (Additional INR 400 per night shift )
