Finance Associate - FP&A

We are looking for an experienced Finance & Accounting professional with strong expertise in US GAAP, Financial Reporting, and FP&A.

Key Responsibilities

• Support financial reporting and ensure compliance with US GAAP.
• Partner with Finance Technology and Post-Trade Technology teams to drive process improvements and automation.
• Assess finance processes, identify improvement opportunities, and present recommendations to management.
• Support FP&A activities, including financial analysis, forecasting, and business reporting.
• Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting across global entities.

Required Skills

• CA is mandatory.
• 2–5 years of relevant experience in Accounting, Finance, Financial Reporting, or FP&A.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP and financial reporting.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
