Finance Associate, Founder's Office

We build account networks on short-form platforms that generate 1B+ organic views for market leaders like Polymarket, Flo Health, Deel, and The North Face. We treat attention not as a creative gamble but as a repeatable engineering problem.

What you'll own

• The full USD–INR cycle: inbound remittances, documentation, outbound payments, and cutting forex conversion losses at every step
• Creator payments and internal payroll every month, calculated, checked, and on time, across hundreds of US-based creators and the internal team
• The contract stack: client MSAs, creator agreements, vendor and tooling terms, including redlines and renewals
• Our CA and CS firms. Push them, catch their errors, keep us on top of GST, TDS, FEMA, ROC filings, and anything else carrying a date
• Entity hygiene: statutory registers, insurance, trademarks, and the compliance calendar nobody else is watching
• Cost leaks, where to park liquid money, and how to mitigate bank commissions

What we're looking for

• 1–3 years in cross-border capital flows, treasury, transaction advisory, financial research, or financial operations, at a high-growth startup or an execution-heavy firm
• The technical depth to audit a CA or CS firm's work and tell them where they're wrong. A CA, CPA, or ACCA, completed or in progress, is a strong signal but not a requirement
• Contract literacy. You've read commercial contracts closely enough to find the clause that costs money two years later. Not a lawyer, but not dependent on one for every question
• Discretion. You'll hold company accounts, contracts, and payment access

Why this role

You sit in the Founder's Office and work with the founder directly. The mandate is to guard our margins and keep the entity clean while the company grows fast. Twelve months here builds more operational maturity than traditional firms offer in half a decade.
