Job Title: Finance Associate – CFO Department

Job Summary

ATMS & Co LLP is looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Finance Associate – to join our CFO Services Department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing accounting and finance functions, preparing MIS reports, overseeing statutory compliances, and supporting clients with strategic financial management. The role also involves team handling and coordination across multiple assignments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end accounting and finance operations.
  • Prepare and review MIS reports, financial statements, and management reports.
  • Handle budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
  • Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, and other statutory requirements.
  • Perform financial analysis and provide business insights.
  • Lead and supervise team members, ensuring timely completion of deliverables.
  • Review work completed by junior team members and provide guidance and support.
  • Coordinate with clients for financial reporting and advisory assignments.
  • Visit client locations whenever required for meetings, reviews, or implementation of finance processes.
  • Liaise with auditors, consultants, and regulatory authorities as necessary.

Qualification & Experience

  • CA Inter / CA Semi-Qualified / CMA Inter / MBA Finance / M.Com / B.Com.
  • 3–5 years of relevant experience in Finance, Accounting, or CFO Services.
  • Prior experience in team handling and client management will be an added advantage.

Required Skills

  • Strong knowledge of Accounting and Financial Reporting.
  • MIS Reporting and Financial Analysis.
  • Budgeting and Cash Flow Management.
  • Working knowledge of GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances.
  • Proficiency in Tally, Zoho Books, or other accounting/ERP software.
  • Advanced MS Excel and MS Office skills.
  • Leadership and team management abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

Additional Information

  • Team handling experience is essential.
  • Candidate should be open to occasional client visits as and when required.
  • Candidates residing in or around Thane and nearby locations will be preferred.

Important Note

Work location is Thane – Wagle Estate. Relocating applicants will not be considered.
