Finance Associate (CA - Fully Qualified)

Purpose of the Role:

Responsible for the preparation of financial statements and overseeing other reporting activities of Nuvama Wealth Management Limited.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Preparation of Ind AS Financial statement as per Division III of the Schedule III to the Companies Act, 2013
• Preparation and review of EIR, ECL and other Ind AS adjustments.
• Ind AS accounting of Investments and financial instruments.
• Preparation of Regulatory capital requirement & Certificates.
• Coordinate with external auditors, ensuring smooth completion of quarterly, half-yearly, and annual audits.
• Collaborate with internal finance teams, operations, compliance, and to ensure smooth flow of financial information.

Experience : Fresher or 2 years of experience in Finance and accounts division of financial services business entities.
