Roles And Responsibilities

  • Teaching and Curriculum Development
    • Deliver engaging lectures in Finance subjects such as Financial Management, Corporate Finance, Investment Analysis, Financial Markets, Banking, Financial Analytics, and Risk Management.
    • Develop and update curriculum in alignment with industry trends and academic standards.
    • Use case studies, financial modeling, simulations, and practical tools to enhance learning outcomes.
    • Conduct workshops, seminars, and experiential learning sessions.
  • Research and Publications
    • Conduct quality research in Finance and related domains.
    • Publish research papers in reputed national and international journals.
    • Present research work at conferences, seminars, and faculty development programs.
  • Student Mentorship and Academic Guidance
    • Provide academic mentoring and career guidance to students.
    • Supervise dissertations, research projects, internships, and live industry assignments.
    • Support students in developing analytical and financial decision-making skills.
  • Industry Interaction
    • Build collaborations with financial institutions, banks, consulting firms, and corporate organizations.
    • Organize guest lectures, finance conclaves, certification programs, and industry interaction sessions.
    • Facilitate internships and industry exposure opportunities.
  • Institutional and Administrative Responsibilities
    • Participate in curriculum planning, accreditation processes (NAAC/NBA), and departmental activities.
    • Contribute to academic administration, examinations, and institutional development initiatives.
    • Support institutional events, seminars, and research activities.
Qualifications

    • Ph.D. in Finance or related discipline from a recognized university (as per UGC/AICTE norms).
    • MBA/PGDM in Finance with strong academic background.
