As our
Finance Assistant, you'll support financial reporting, data management, and performance tracking to enable accurate insights and efficient operations.
You will improve reporting accuracy and timeliness, enhance dashboard visibility, and support decision-making through reliable, up-to-date data.
You'll work with finance and business teams, owning data extraction, report maintenance, reconciliations, and reporting support.
What You'll Be Doing
- Support on yearly Fixed Expense Target Process Template creation
- Update and maintain report enhancement & development tracker
- Data extract from multiple accounting & reporting software
- Referesh Up & running Power BI reports
- Various access control and query handling
- Prepare & Publish business News brief (we based)
- Monthly Sales reconciliation
- Comments Consolidation for various Management reports
- Support on PPT consolidation
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor degree in Commerce / Computer application
- Good in Micrsoft Office applications
- Work experience in Microsoft Excel, Power Point and Power BI and SAP will be abe added advantage
- Basic Finance & Accounting knowledge
- Flexible to adapt changes and responsibilities
- Process-oriented and customer-focused
