What You'll Do

1. Support daily finance operations, including processing payments, staff claims, and petty cash.
2. Maintain accurate financial records and ensure proper documentation.
3. Assist with data entry, reconciliations, and preparation of reports.
4. Contribute to month-end closing, journal postings, and financial schedules.
5. Provide ad-hoc administrative and finance support as needed.

What We're Looking For

1. Degree / Diploma / Certificate in Accounting, Finance, or related field (or professional qualification).
2. Around 1 year of relevant experience preferred (but motivated fresh grads are welcome too).
3. Solid Excel skills knowledge of accounting software is a bonus.
4. Positive attitude, strong sense of responsibility, and a team player.
5. Fluent English and Chinese to liaise with stakeholders
