Key Responsibilities:
Accounting & Financial Operations
- Handle basic accounting activities including bookkeeping and financial data entry.
- Assist in maintaining accurate financial records and ledgers.
- Support preparation of financial statements and reports.
Finance Support Activities
- Assist in routine finance operations such as invoicing, billing, and reconciliation.
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Coordinate with internal teams for finance-related documentation.
Compliance & Reporting
- Ensure adherence to company financial policies and procedures.
- Assist in preparing financial reports for management review.
Administrative Support
- Maintain proper documentation of accounting records.
- Support audit and compliance requirements when needed.
