The Role

We're looking for a hands-on Finance & Collections Executive who keeps our financial operations tight - invoices go out on time, payments come in, filings don't slip. You're the person who makes sure nothing falls through the cracks.

What you'll do

• Track outstanding payments across clients - know exactly who's paid, who hasn't, and follow up without being asked
• Prepare and send invoices accurately and on time
• Handle GST, TDS, and statutory filings
• Maintain books on Zoho Books and Sheets
• Reconcile accounts and flag discrepancies early
• Coordinate with clients and internal teams on billing queries

What we're looking for

• 1-3 years of experience in accounts, AR/AP, billing, or collections
• You've chased payments, tracked receivables, and dealt with compliance before
• Comfortable in Zoho Books and Excel/Sheets
• Organised, reliable, and doesn't let things slip
• Good communicator - you'll be dealing with clients directly

Shift: Aligned with US business hours

Location: HSR Layout, Bengaluru - fully in-office
