Location: Sec-37 Gurgaon, Haryana

Reporting To: Managing Director
Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced and dynamicFinance Accounts professionalto manage overall accounting, taxation, compliance, and banking activities of the organization. The role also includes handlingpersonal financial matters of the Managing Directors family. The ideal candidate should have strong technical expertise, compliance knowledge, and the ability to work independently in a growing organization.
Key ResponsibilitiesAccounting Compliance
- Manage day-to-day accounting operations and ensure timelybook-keeping in ERP (SAP B1 or similar).
- Prepare and finalizeFinancial Statements Profit Loss, Balance Sheet Cash Flow.
- Ensure timely filing ofGST Returns, TDS Returns and other statutory compliances.
- Coordinate withexternal auditorsfor statutory, internal, and tax audits.
- Handleexport-import documentation, FEMA/RBI compliance and banking norms.
- PrepareMIS reportsfor management review and decision making.
Taxation Regulatory
- Ensure accurateTDS calculation, deduction and deposit.
- PerformGST reconciliationand handle notices / departmental queries.
- Managedirect indirect taxation mattersin compliance with applicable laws.
Banking Treasury
- Liaise with banks forLC / BG documentation, forex transactions and import-export banking.
- Monitorfund flow, vendor payments and bank reconciliations.
- Personal Accounts (MD Family)Maintainpersonal books of accounts, investments and tax returnsof the MDs family.
- Ensure timelyfinancial compliance, payments and record maintenance.
Candidate Profile
Qualification
CA Inter / M.Com/B.Com
Candidates with strong accounting taxation exposure will also be considered.
Experience
4 To 8 years in Accounting, GST, TDS, Taxation Audit Coordination.
Hands-on Experience InERP Systems (SAP B1 Preferred).
Exposure toExport-Import processes and banking complianceis essential.
