Finance and Accounts Manager, Infrastructure (Mumbai, India) (CLOSED)

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Finance & Accounts Manager to oversee the corporate and project-level accounting and compliance functions across multiple entities. This role is critical in ensuring accurate financial reporting, regulatory compliance, and insightful management reporting for the leadership team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and review standalone and consolidated financial statements for head office and project entities (SPVs) in compliance with Companies Act, 2013, IND AS, and Indian GAAP.

• Ensure timely closure of statutory, tax, and internal audits, and manage quarterly, half-yearly, and annual financial reporting cycles.

• Prepare and present budget reports, variance analysis, and management dashboards for Board and senior leadership review.

• Oversee compliance with all applicable regulations, including FEMA, Income Tax Act, Companies Act, and related statutory frameworks.

• Support in improving internal controls, documentation, and financial reporting processes.

• Coordinate with external consultants, auditors, and cross-functional teams on accounting and financial matters.

Key Requirements

• Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification with 6-8 years of post-qualification experience in infrastructure, real estate or similar sectors.
• Strong working knowledge of IND AS, financial reporting, and tax regulations.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and financial modelling.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
